FOUNTAIN VALLEY LODGE #191
November 2007
The stated meeting for November will
be a 2-chair move up in keeping with our local tradition.
As most of you remember the October stated meeting was a 1-chair move up
and it went quite well.
Worshipful Brother Larry Cox has taken a promotion with his company in
Wyoming
; he will attempt to return for stated meetings for the duration of his tenure
as Master of the lodge. Please join
me in wishing WB Cox the best of luck in his new position.
The
wall project concrete work is all done, the new supports are in place and the
temporary support structure has been removed.
Drywall, plaster and stucco remain to be done and may very well be done
by the time you read this. Many
brothers have given willingly of their time after work at the expense of family
time and it is truly appreciated.
Worshipful Brother C. T. Elliott and
Margaret Elliott are newly installed Worthy Patron and Worthy Matron
respectively of OES Chapter #155. All
our best wishes go out to this wonderful couple.
WB C.T. has done a stellar job as chaplain for Fountain Valley Lodge
#191, and it is appreciated by all.
The next scheduled degree work will
be the passing to the Fellow Craft degree of Brother Zachary McMahon on 23
October 2007 (and may have already happened by the time you read this).
Let us
rejoice in the fact that our charter has been undraped for quite a spell now,
let us all endeavor to continue this trend.
Let us keep our men and women on military assignments in our thoughts and
prayers, may they all come back to us safe and sound at the completion of their
missions.
Respectfully submitted
your Senior Warden
Norm Pechacek
